The Horizon Europe Programme's Europe’s Rail Partnership aims to accelerate the development and implementation of innovative technologies (especially digital and automation) in rail transport, thereby contributing to the European Green Deal goals and increasing the use of rail transport in freight and passenger transport in Europe. The Europe’s Rail Partnership's 2026 Work Programme was published in December, and two calls with the code HORIZON-ER-JU-2026-01, with a grant support of 6.1 million Euros, will remain open between February 4, 2026 and May 7, 2026.
